A slinger truck is a material placing vehicle that delivers and accurately installs or spreads granular fills or soil by utilizing a hopper and a radio-remote controlled variable-speed conveyor belt system. Slingers are used for a variety of residential and commercial projects requiring precision placement in hard to reach areas, such as over fences, down steep slopes or grades, and on the inside and outside of foundations.
Stone Slinger trucks place a variety of aggregate materials up to 3″ in diameter such as Sand, Crushed Gravel, Clear Crushed Gravel, Road Base, Drainage Rock, Crushed Rock. In addition to aggregate, Stone Slingers also Sling materials such as Topsoil, Mulch, Playground Chips and pretty much anything else you can use a gravel truck to deliver, albeit much more conveniently and in almost all cases, more economically.
Our slinger truck can dump, spread, throw or sling your material up to 110 feet away from the back tires of the truck, using a multi-directional, variable speed conveyor system, that can rotate 220° from the back of the truck. Slingers have the ability to sling high enough to reach over a single-story house so obstacles such as fences or hedges are easy!
